 We inspect the entire dog checking for potential problem areas.

     (we take note of and discuss with the dogs care provider any foreseeable risks or restrictions)

 We clean and trim around the eye area.

 We clean and trim the under pads.

 We clip the nails. (File with Dremel if requested)

 We perform sanitary trim and clean area.

 We remove excess dead hair and debris from ear canal. (no tweezers or hemostats used)

 We clean ears and trim inner ear flap.

 We brush out coat removing excess under-coat,  heavy debris, tangles and mats.

 We clip coat to desired rough length when possible

 We bathe head and face using a 100% natural, Hypo-allergenic, ph balanced, tearless shampoo.

 We bathe dog using the appropriate 100% natural , shampoo and conditioner.

 We rinse, re-rinse then rinse again.

 We towel and blow-dry coat thoroughly.

 We apply anti-static/tangle coat finishing spray and brush coat until all mats, tangles & loose hair are removed.

 We perform second clip and or hand scissor, to achieve desired finish length and style.

 We trim paw contour and paw under pads a second time.

 We dry and clean the inner ear a second time.

 We trim face, head, ears and tail to the customers specifications.

 We apply fragrance if desired.

 We perform final inspection.

      We complete a written grooming report and update your dogs file in our grooming database.

 Finally we have our client inspect our work and discuss any difficulties or observations that we may have had.
